DELIVERY DETAILS
Kiss My Kunst only charge the customer one set postage/shipping fee per order.
UK postage is free, everywhere else £14.00
Kiss My Kunst Records products may incur a handling charge from their artists.
Kiss My Kunst offer the following types of delivery methods.
UK ORDERS
Within the UK all processed orders will be posted out using secure Royal Mail Delivery service.
Kiss My Kunst will try and get your order to you within 5-7 working days, however as each item is individually hand screen printed it could take up to 14 working days.
If this was to occur then Kiss My Kunst would try and contact you to inform you of the status of your Kiss My Kunst order. Please feel free to email Kiss My Kunst if you have any questions on enquiries@kissmykunst.com.
EU / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All EU & international orders will be sent using the Royal Mail.
EU & International orders please allow 10-14 working days before contacting Kiss My Kunst.
Kiss My Kunst will try to email you once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your order, please contact Kiss My Kunst, quoting your order reference number at enquiries@kissmykunst.com
RETURNS POLICY
As each order is uniquely hand-printed for you, Kiss My Kunst would kindly request that you please check the size charts to keep returns to a minimum.
UK
Items purchased online within the UK can be returned to Kiss My Kunst unworn/used within 7 days of customer receipt for a refund.
Goods must be returned adequately sealed in its original packaging complete with tags. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any parcel that is not adequately wrapped. Please include all information regarding your order and reason for return. If using any address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)
Earrings cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
EU and INTERNATIONAL
Items purchased online outside of the UK & outside of The EU can be returned to Kiss My Kunst within 21 days of customer receipt for a refund.
Items purchased online & outside of the UK but within the EU can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase of the goods.
Please ensure that you declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ for customs. If you fail to do so, Kiss My Kunst shall be charged import duty by customs. Kiss My Kunst shall pass any such charge on to you when refunding your PayPal account / exchanging your goods. You should be able to find details about this in the documentation provided by most couriers
– if you are unsure, please contact your courier.
Should you need to return your goods, you will need to pay for the return postage.
Please email enquiries@kissmykunst.com for confirmation of your return request and to gain return address.
REFUNDS
Kiss My Kunst will do the very best to ensure that your refund is issued the same day upon receipt of your returned item(s), though I must stress that refunds may take up to several days to show in your PayPal account. Please refer to PayPal’s terms and conditions for further information.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not possible due to the bespoke nature of the Kiss My Kunst printing.
Reduced and Special items cannot be refunded/exchanged & once again, please remember each order is printed especially for you, so double check sizes charts or email any questions you may have before ordering to ensure it is right for you. Thank you
